choosing proper pad configuration for my component

Hello, i want to built a footprint for the component shown below its 0805.
When i looked at the data sheet i saw the component dimension only.
Based on the data sheet shown below and the fact that i am going to solder it manualy,What pad size and distance you reccomend for this component?
