Hi
I want to Design a LC tank oscillator with a Vdd=1.8 V, oscillation amplitude of 3V p-p with centre oscillation frequency fosc=3 GHz and tuning range of at least 10% for Vtune varying from 0 to 1.8 V (MOSFETs for varactors).
1-Among the configurations (a), (b) and (c) shown in Figure , which one you would choose? Please clearly explain your reasons.(It is important)
2-If it is possible, Please give me a primary dimensions for all transistors and the value of L and C.
