chip for RFID at x band

hi all,
i really need help in finding chip for my antenna tag.
i want to built an rfid at 8-12G but hardly to find chip that can matching with the freq. most chip areat UHF freq.
do anyone can help on this?

The RFID nowdays works below 1GHz as you know UHF and HF which are standards constrained.
What's your detailed requirements?such as identification distance,attachment,etc..
