I have a ferrite transformer with folowing details:-

input voltage 12-0-12 V,
input resistance 0.099E-0-0.099E
input inductance 5.7 uH-0-5.6 uH
output voltage we design to get around 4KV,
output resistance 1.835K
output inductance 455.1mH/455.2mH
center tapped, pulses of 12 volt 20
KHz will be applied to each winding sequentially like push pull
transformer.
Wave form of 12Volt 20KHz input --- these waveforms are in the form of
pulses with 50% duty cycle.
Input Frequency.- Max 20 KHz
Output we required 4 KV with load
in 500 to 1000 Ohms

I wanna check the output voltage as dirctly we cant check bcoz its in KV
suggest me a circuit externally we can check
we could apply a resistor divider?

Yes, you can use a resistive divider. But I wonder, if you should better test the transformer using the intended application
circuit, including the nominal load. The results may be quite different to an open circuit measurement.

The transformer specifications seems incomplete, From the small signal parameters, leak inductance and windings
capacitance, particularly of the secondary are important.

P.S.: I just noticed the 500 - 1000 ohms load specification. Did you realize, that 4 kV (RMS) at 500 ohm means 8A and 32 kW?
