Hello,
I have seen two versions of 16340 batteries. The first one is lower amperage (880mA) **broken link removed** and has an internal protection circuit. The second is a higher amperage (2200mA) and the manufacturer does not say anything about internal protection.

1. Is that normal to assume that the higher amperage types do not have an internal protection PCB?

2. I am thinking of using the tp4056 for charging them. Shall I just ground the TEMP pin and remore R1 and R2 (datasheet) to disable the temp sense?

3. What current should I set for the 880mA protected versions? (manufacturer does not specify)

4. Shall I assume a 4.2v charging voltage?
