Capacitor Discharge with transistor

Hi,

After the half rectifier, I need to discharge the capacitor to 0V, i try it with transistor but it is not discharge to 0v,Do you have any idea ?

 

The transistor cannot discharge the capacitor while the opamp is still charging it. perhaps this is the problem?
