Hi all,

I need to implement a voltage dependent capacitance from a look up table in SPICE. I searched a lot but could not find any way. Could you please give an idea?

Should work with analog behavioural modelling. In standard SPICE you have PWL and POLY nonlinear sources to
create an arbitrary characteristic. A differentiator with a controlled current source can model a capacitive impedance.

Thank you. I'll try analog behavioural modelling.
