Can we use ADG1438 Multiplexor IC with 0 to +23V single supply?

Hi,
Question as per the title.
Presumably we connect VSS and GND to 0V....and then VDD to +23V?

Nothing in the datasheet seems to contradict this? (not even pg 10, the Abs max page.)

The data sheet says absolute maximum VDD-GND=25. 23 is less than 25 so....
