I am a new user of Eagle. I was trying to design a PCB like the figure. I can not get rid of these red shaded regions( in between MSOP16 pins). At the beginning I thought this is due to ground place which I put initially using rectangle. I took off the entire GND plane from first layer but theses shaded red re
