calculation of static power through cadence design

when i calculated static power using cadence in both 1x4 and 3x4 domino logic, i got same amount of static power in both the cicuits. is it really possible or something wrong is going on ? i calculated static power by simply multiplying dc current through source with applied voltage. please help me !
