Cadence basics

I'm extremely new to Cadence Virtuoso, somebody pls help me with this!
I follow my teacher's instructions up to this point and here it occurred this "netl err" in the nominal which I don't know how to fix at all, pls help me learn how to fix this error!

Always start with looking at the CIW for clues.

Likely causes are a failed or not-done "check schematic" or unchecked subcells down the hierarchy ("check hierarchy").
