Cadence layout view of components misaligned.

Hi
I have attached user defined library to existing technology librray- UMC.Component layouts are misaligned in my layout file...like vias are not properly
aligned..contacts misaligned in layout . If i open the layout view of that device in technology library it's proper.May I know how can I solve this issue.I am attaching the screeshots.

Why don't you start with a layout tree for each and
compare what's common and what's not? Maybe
your user library layout was always messed up.
