Cadence IC610 layout openning problem

It seems Cadence IC610 can't open the layout files of previous versions (i.e. IC5141).
The new extension of layout files is .oa but the old one was .cdb .
I can only open the previous version layouts through importing their stream files that I extracted before.
Is it another way to open .cdb layouts?
I think it should be a solution to this problem. A tool like Cadence ICFB must support older formats.
