Cadence error - cannot make directory *library name*

Cadence

I have installed cadence Ic5033 but when i try to make a library i have this error message:
cannot make directory *library name*
can anybody help me?

check permissions on the folder

If that doesnt work, you create a directory in your workspace and update it in cds.lib
Remember, once you do this, you need to attach techlib file.
