cadence 0.18 3d version problem!

Hi Alls,

I am usign cadence with 0.18 3d version library. The problem is that I cant not check the device characteresic like Vds, Vth, Vdsat... as I choose the Result->annotate->DC operating point.
In the 0.18 3b version, it is okie.

Any one know what is the reasion and how we can solve it?

Better try doing this.. Open calculator after running a dc analysis.. Then click on 'op' tab available in teh calculator of cadence analog environment.. It wil open a small box.. U click on the transistor u like to check for dc operating points.. Then come back to that little box which opened.. Now give the parameter u want to see.. Then click plot and u can see the value..

If u wish to see the value in analog environment itself, in outputs, select setup.. There copy paste the expression u get from calculator(that is by clicking on 'op' and selecting parameters(like gm,gmb, vth, vdsat etc) u can see teh expression in calculator).. U copy paste that expression and give ok.. It wil come in the cadence analog environment.. After each dc run, it wil display its value..(if not, check whether u clicked necessary things such as plotted, display during setup)
