Hi all,

I have a question about brownout function.

I know the function of brownout,

but I wonder why that function is called 'brownout'.

Thanks.

normally "black out" is a generally used colloquial term to refer a complete wash out condition or nil.

similarily the Black would have made to a little ligther to its nearest,"brown', for a slight dip or dim in the voltage levels(in terms of electricity)

-cheers
