cadence layout - breaking capacitor into multiple smaller ones
Hey all,
I have a unit capactiance of value C. In my schematic, I create a capacitor of size C, then one of 2C, then one of 4C. When I pull In my layout, I have 4 seperate size capacitors. What I want to do is make the higher capacitors composed of the unit value C - for example the in layout I want to break the 4C into 4 unit caps of size C. How, in layout, can I achieve this? I noticed there is a property called multiplier, but when I tried changing the value nothing happened
Cadence Virtuoso Layout Suite XL. Cap is a mimcap from gpdk 180nm lib
Thanks
