Thanks a lot. You are right... practice is very important, and its one of the thigs I need more. Could you point me to some excersises and stuff that has examples and such. I have some knowledge of comon centroids, guard rings, shielding, noise reduction conciderations, capacitor and resistor matching, epitaxial process and such, but only the theroy, desperedly need some practice.
If you have any more books to recomend, I would be very grateful.
