BGR process compensated

Hi,

I have done a BGR which gives me around 20mV over process corners in a standard fab.
Is there a method to comepensate for the process also so that we ge very little abosolute voltage variation.

No. If you want less than 2mV overall accuracy over temperature and corners then the olny way to compensate for process variations is trimming. You can trim the resistor which is in series with BJT/diode.
 

I agree with EVI, for a BGR, simulation is meaningless. What's important is how to measure the direction and quantity of the variation, then triming it.
