BGA foot print design in Altium

Hello friends

I will design a footprint BGA 300 pin but I dont know How much get pads distance .
How can I find distances ?
I greatfull If you can suggest a solve ?
 

Thank you for your response .it is chip Broadcom and have not dimension footprint .
it just have ARM Peripherals
 

Without detailed mechanical specifications you can't start designing a footprint. Google for the datasheet, and look up the footprint specification somewhere in the back, as FvM suggested.
