build accurate voltage reference

Hi,

I'm working on a charge pump circuit design to make the substrate voltage level at negative values (-0.8 ~ -1.2 V).

A level shifter, an accurate voltage reference and a comparator with hysteresis are used for the sake of make an stable substrate voltage level with a controlled ripple.

¿How I can design a very accuracy voltage reference circuit in this scenario? (take into account that all nMOS used will have a variable Vthn because of the variable substrate voltage)

PS: ¿maybe an only pMOS voltage divider?

Thanks in advance
