my project is measurement of bagasse moisture by capacitance method. can you give the narrow range for dielectric constant of sugarcane bagasse?

Beats me! But I would guess it is around 30 and goes down to maybe 4 as it is dried--just a wag! As it is composed of mostly water, you could probably dry it effectively with low frequencies (13.56 MHz) passed between two plates, as well as microwaves (915 and 2450 MHz) in a more radiative process.
