Audio Jack 3.5mm: CONN JACK STEREO R/A 5PIN 3.5MM

Hi, I'm trying to make a PCB design but I can't find the footprint for the audio Jack.
Here is the link to the datasheet:

If someone can just tell me which group of footprints it is in and I can search through those. But I'm at witts' end, any help would be greatly appreciated.
Here is a picture and more details if it will help:
Digi-Key - CP1-3525N-ND (Manufacturer - SJ1-3525N)

It will be in the group of footprints that "you make"

Ok, cyberrat I'm not against making the footprint... But again I'm completely lost.
I tried to make the footprint once, but I was confused about how to set pad spacing and how to set physical dimensions for the outside rectangle.
Can you help me with that?

Also I am using cadence 16.2!
