ASUS X53U - Problem in gaming

Hi i am using ASUS X53 u. It contains 320GB HDD, 2GB RAM, I am using both windows and Ubuntu Linux.
It is built with AMD BRAZOS DUAL CORE PROCESSOR. AMD VISION. It has RADEON HD6290 graphics.

I have installed Assassins creed game, but i am not able to play the game. Well, i am able to open the game but
i am not able to play it smoothly. My graphics does not support to that game. That is my fav game.

What are the necessary upgrades i need to make with Graphics card and RAM. Can i possibly upgrade them both
with this lap? Does it cost more?

Please check your game support graphics how many graphics support your game..
and parchese 1gb nvidia graphics card and install your lap...

1gb graphics card cost is 1500 to 2000 only..
and posible is add to this card is your laptop....
