ASUS GeForce FX 5500 256M missing components C501..

I got a ASUS GeForce FX5500 256MB (V9520/TD/256M)graphic card that is missing three components, it's C501, C502 and D501. Can someone help me with the value/type of this or have a picture on the back side of the card (the other side of the fan connector) so it possible to see this components?

The computer doesn't start up with this card..
