You can find the ARM architecture reference manual that includes all ASM instructions for the ARM7 and other ARM cores. http://www.arm.com/miscPDFs/14128.pdf
Now, if you really want to torture yourself and program an ARM7 like the LPC2378 in ASM, this 1138 page manual should provide all the information you need about ASM instructions. For your own sake, I really hope you just want to have a reference for ASM, not really write code in ASM!?
I really like the LPC2378 but programming it in ASM could make me deeply depressed.
