Hello everyone,
I am doing ASIC standard cell library characterization. Suggest me any good papers to read and websites that i can get good information.

Thank all.

Are you doing a measurement characterization? In that case I do not know much.

For characterization of using CAD tools, I would check out the manuals of the CAD tool suppliers. (Thats how I learned at least) I was using Encounter Library Characterizer. Now I will check out their newest tool for this purpose, ALTOS.

Yes I am doing measurement characterization with spectre circuit simulator.

As I understand it, you are doing simulation characterization based on the models. If you want to do it efficiently, check out the tools I mentioned in my previous post. These tools can use spectre for the simulations, but they will make your life easier by systemizing everything for you.
