The FSBM algorithm puts forth an architecture which involves an overlap in the functioning of the processing element. This overlap seems redundant. Any ideas on how to remove this?

can u post clearly what is FSBM algorithm and what is ME?
before post any message let be clear on it.
ask question in clear manner.
i cant understand even one word from ur post

Come on people the answer is SO OBVIOUS!

ME = Motion Estimation

FSBM = Full-Search Block Matching

and you should do your own homework BTW
