approximate price of CMOS die fabrication????

I want to know an estimate price quote for the CMOS 0.13 technology in a multi-project wafer process for a die of size around 200x200um..

i am not sure but isn't the die u asking for is extremly small!!!

i think , the price depends on a number of parameters in your desing and it could be set only if you can tell the process u r using like ...

Triple well process would be costlier, some masks are costly. What devices are u using ? all these questions would effect the price of manufacturing.

Sorry, I meant 20mmx20mm, I must did a type mistake..

Concerinign the application, devices, etc.; I want to know the cost incase of fractional-N PLL frequency synthesizer in the 0.13um process.

What are other required parameters to specify? such as number of metal layer, etc.
