Any Mosfet with Low Rds(ON) ?

Does any one know any p-channel mosfet with low Rds(ON) i.e less than 0.5ohm at Vgs=0V, Ids<1mA.
basically iam looking for a semiconductor switch with low drop across it.

There are some power switches on the TI website. Search their Power Management section, under categories of power switches etc. They have a very low resistance. Much less than 0.5 ohms.

Try the IRF7456 and IRF7425 they have very low Rds(on).

perhaps you should use a n mosfet,

for n mosfet, Rds will be lower.
