Ansys crash - error message through TclNotifier

ansys crashing

hi - if i try to start ansys all seems to be fine - my license ar checked ansy starts and open a window - but before i can work with it it crashes.

this happend every time in the same part.
in the aoutput Window i can see that this happend if ansys start the GUI

the next message is:
CUTTING PLANE SET TO THE WORKING PLANE

The last message is:
Produce NODAL PLOT IN DSYS = 0;

i get this error message (german):
TclNotifier: Ansys.exe Fehler in Anwendung

Die Ausnahme "unbekannter Softwarefehler" (0xc06d007e) ist in der Anwendung an der Stelle 0x77e79b01 aufgetreten




ok... i know that ansys was running.
At first i thinked that my Ram had a error - but i've tested for a day - and nothing.
at this time i think it is a win2k update ( hotfix update) problem.

if someone had the same or know a answer - it would good for me.
