Ansys HFSS unexpected internal software error

Hi all,
I am trying to simulate a Yagi-Uda antenna and I keep getting the following error:

"Definition Mesh, process mesh3d : Unexpected internal software error.
Simulation completed with execution error on server: Local Machine. "

Do you guys have any idea what it means?
Thanks in anticipation

P.S.: The current pc has a 16gb RAM memory. The same file is simulated correctly in the old pc with a 4gb RAM memory.
