Analog Interface units for PLC /automat controls

I need to design Analog 0-2.5VDC //0-1VDC input to 4-20mA digital/analog control for PLC feedback.
Conveyance thru RS232 /485 reqts are a must since the sensor and control are more than 100mtrs away.
Data display of blind /set values also needed.
 

What is the PLC device you use.
Can you draw a simple block diagram of that system you are designing.

Will get back to you with a sketch of the required version.The sensor and control are in a different room(supervisors)and the PLC(national ) is on the automat .which is in the workshop.
The managers room is needing an overall inndication of the effected control signal.
