Allegro PCB to PCAD PCB conversion

Allegro PCB to PCAD PCB

I have an allegro PCB file and I need to convert it to PCAD 2006 PCB. Normally I would use an ascii file to convert from one PCB software to another but im not sure if Allegro can produce an ascii file that can be directly opened in PCAD. I would appreciate any kind of help. thanks.
