Acer travelmate 2490-no power

Hy,
Laptop Acer travelmate 2490 - no power.
When i press power,fan start for 1 sec and stop .
I try to start just with CPU,without another components(HDD,RAM),same problem.
I check the components of DCIN part(pag 41 in attach.) but is OK.
Any idea?

Did you try different power supplies? Adapter? Battery pack?

Activity for 1 sec, could be it testing for correct voltage at one or more locations in the circuitry.

Example, a short circuit will cause an error, and cause shutdown.

The problem will be difficult to diagnose.

Do you hear it beeping at any time? The number of beeps is a code telling what's wrong.
