about modelsim simulation problem

the design is successfully compiled,when i start simulation with modelsim,it happens as follow:

# ** Error: (vsim-3171) Could not find machine code for 'E:\share\post_layout_password\work.NOR3X2'.
# No such file or directory. (errno = ENOENT)
# Error loading design

who can help me?

Hi
are u using modelsim for postlayout simulation ?
If u r doing so then i will suggest u to go for some other tool.
