about high current h-bridges

h bridge using irf 540n and irf9540n

i want to drive the motor of continuous 10A using h-bridge by microcontroller
Please any body suggest me which mosfet should i use of what type(pmos/nmos)?

U need to use optocouple/IGBT drive to built ur H Bridge as a protection device of ur circuit.
