A stuborn Patient Monitor

hello everyone
i am working with a patient monitor , which doesnot get on when its power is turned on, and than gets on when ever it wishes. i have checked the power supply , but nothing seems wrong. what seems to be the matter.
Also if anyone can find me the schematic of its power supply (ECG monitor)

it seems that u have a problem in capacitors in power section ,follow ur power cord to inside the screen u will find near it electrostatic capacitors check thim usually the large capacitor causes this in monitors and tv,as i said check this capacitors and try to resolder thim since this can be caused also by dry joints also ther is a multi input/output transformer near this capacitors resolder it also
