a problem with installing Hspice 2003.03 in windows 7 !!!

Hi,

I am trying to install Hspice 2003.03 in Windows 7, I do the regular installation the same as installing in Windows XP but when I want to open it I saw this error:

¨Can´t find installdir_2003_03 or installdir_2003_03 environment variables. There is something wrong in your setup¨

What should I do? please help me.

Right click my computer>properties>advanced system settings>advanced>environment variables. i haven't worked with EDA tools on Windows but that's where you can set env variables.

hi,

I think windows 7 can´t support Hspice 2003.03 or even 2007. I did it many times. or I should do some setting more than in XP. I used to use Hspice in XP and I did,t have any problem in installation.

if you have any comments please tell me.
