hi all

When I model the SRD(step recovery diode),I am puzzled with the parameters of the modeling.I need the paper "Characterization and Modeling of SRD Diodes for the Computer Aided Design of a Generator of Ultrashort Pulses."
Master-Thesis,HFT,University of Kassel,November 1999.
