Can nyone provide good material on

''Design of evaluation board for 8051 and avr mcu'c".

Its my final year project so please help me out how to start.

You can do any one and not both

Why not? Oister could make one board with 2 largely separate section for each of the controllers. At least, they could share power. I agree that from industrial standpoint it doesn't make a lot of sense to use 2 controllers with similar capabilities from 2 different families. But it's an academic (undergraduate?) project, so it doesn't necessarily have to make a lot of sense.

As far as i know 8051 (at89c51) and avr(atmega8535) have same pin configuration.

I have lots of project about 8051 and AVR, pls provide your e-mail, I will send to you for reference. do you need hardware information or software (only c code)?
