Do you know which 8 bit microcontroller with 3.3V power supply ?
From MCS-51 family ?

I tried uploading excel sheet but could not able to attach....

So copy peased it you can go to line

Atmel Products - 8051 Architecture - Flash ISP (In-System Programmable)

and download excel sheet....

89c2051 easily available in market will operate on 3.3v and even lesser.

any experience with TFT ILI9325 ?

That's good idea but I need more pin for TFT interface, or do you know how interface it serially ?
