i want to implement 500mhz frequency generator,so please can u give me the idea or any circuits if u have?
 

As LvM noted, there's a difference between the "m" prefix (milli) and the "M" prefix (mega).

Do you want sine-wave or square-wave output?
Does the amplitude and/or frequency need to be adjustable? If so over what range.
What output load do you want to drive?
 


i need Mega hertzs either in sine/square wave with frequency is adjustable.so kindly give me ur sugggestions?

  • RaNgA , it mega hurts our eyes to see incorrect spelling of units of measure
  • abbreviations from inventor's name are capitilized like W or MHz, kHz not KHz
  • lower case for full spelling, watts and hertz unlike surname Mr Watt
  • frequency is never plural with an s at the end.

  • Then to avoid ambiguity on multipliers the smaller one m, is milli and the bigger one, M is capitalized, mega when abbreviated only.
  • Also, we prefer u to m for the greek letter micro
  • Also it is painful to see a question without more specs, and a reason for this question, to give us scope and understanding

Otherwise we send the Plant eating Zombies to eat your brains.
