50 micron quartz substrate

Hello,
does anybody know where to buy SiO2 (quartz) substrates with thicknesses below 10mil=254um.
Especially the 50 micron thickness.

Isn't this a silicon substrate with thin SiO2 layer on top?

Hello Volker,

beside PCB technology for organic substrates (ROGERS, etc.), SiO2 (quarz) and Al2O3 (ceramic) is an alternative processed by thin-film technology.
Acutally, I am looking for alternative suppliers of 50 microns thick quartz.

... if you can help us finding an appropriate supplier, we will design the device using your 3D EM tool :)
