3310 and PIC AT commands

Hi! I would like to ask for assistance on how to acquire the signal strength of a 3310 via AT commands (AT+CSQ). The cellphone and pic would be interconnected by a 3310 data cable and an rs232.

The microcontroller will act as a switch which will function depending on the signal strength of the cellphone (e.g. ON for signal strength > 20.99, OFF for signal strength < 20.99).
