hello,

i try to put two jfets back to back and to block
ac signal between 0-10 voltage peak to peak

when i tried to input in Vgs a 4volt dc signal i could block just till 8 peak to peak
signal bigger then that started to pass throw

is it possible to block 10p-p with 4v dc?
is it connected to some requirment for Vgd?
should i chose a jfet with high or low Vpinch off?
should i use N-type for being able to work till 25 Mhz without falling in amplitude?
are there some types could be suggested

thanks forward
Arye

How are you driving your fet's? Can you post a schematic?

ok now i did now the question i have is
the transistor 2N5486 can it work with low frequacies too
or just high
i mean what its it band width??
thanks a lot
Arye
