It is another inverter welder, based on cores EE65 made of 3C90. The range of adjustment is 20-130A. UC3845 is the control. The converter operates in twu-transistor forward. The driver has AS (antistick) function and thermal protections. The device operates in a frequency of approximately 40kHz. The arc is very soft and flexible. You can weld with alkaline electrodes, rutile and cellulosic, such as: ER146, ER246, EB15 and ES18. The welder has two shelving construction, so that the electronics can not get dirty.
