Dear All :
I have some questions about unit gainbuffer ? My process is 0.13um , VDD=2.5v .My signal input is 0.5vp-p , Vcm=VDD/2 m Fs=50MHz . But my out common is 0.55 fix ,indepanent on VDD , And I need THD is large than 65 .
SFDR (F1-F3) > 65dBc . Does anyone have any idea ? Or any good paper or document ?
