I want to design 1: 36 way power divider at 50 MHZ(VHF) & at 400 MHz(UHF).
can anyone help me?

Hi!
you can design like 1:2. however with L,C. impedance of lamda/4 will change. use more resistor.

You could just tap a transmission line with a big resistor terminated in 50 ohms. Just like the picosecond pick up tees and they work from DC to 20 or 50 GHz.....
