problem in erasing EEPROM (AT 28C256)

28c256 programmer

I am erasing EEPROM (ATMEL AT 28C256) with GENIUS NSP universal programmer.but EEPROM can't get erased. programmer is correct and i dont know any other method of erasing. plz tell me a easy method in detail how i erase my EEPROM.

I doubt that your EEPROM chip is damaged.
